Why service your boiler every year?
Most boiler manufacturers ask for a yearly service to keep your warranty valid. A service also catches small problems before they turn into a breakdown in the middle of winter, and makes sure your boiler is burning gas safely.
What we check
- Combustion analysis, so you know the boiler is burning safely and efficiently
- Burner, heat exchanger, fan and seals
- Condensate trap and pipe, a common cause of winter breakdowns
- Flue and ventilation
- System pressure, safety devices and controls
- Visible pipework and connections for leaks
Afterwards we tell you what we found in plain English. If anything needs attention, we explain the options and price before doing any further work.
