This notice explains how Bronze Plumbing & Heating uses your information when you visit this website or get in touch with us.

Information you give us

When you call, email, message us on WhatsApp or send our quote form, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, postcode and a description of the job. We use this only to reply to you, give you a quote and carry out the work. We don't sell your information.

Our quote form doesn't store anything on this website. It opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send, so your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We only use advertising cookies if you click Accept on our cookie notice. These Google Ads cookies tell us which of our adverts lead to enquiries, so we can spend our budget sensibly. If you choose No thanks, we don't set them. We also remember your choice on your device so we don't ask again.

How long we keep information

We keep job records, such as quotes, invoices and gas safety records, for as long as we need them for the work, our guarantee and our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@bronzeheating.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
